PROJECT BRIEF

Since the brand and products were being launched for the first time, the design had to be keenly consciously aware of branding, design and product display based on the product segment priorities. Multiple products of varied dimensions from few inches to meters in diameter to be displayed having applications in Residential – Commercial – Industrial segments of customers, many of which had to be demonstrated live. Had to bring on a single platform of understanding multiple teams from Elta Fans based across many countries having different functional responsibilities viz. technical, production, marketing, commercial, design, purchase etc. In addition the construction of the stand along with the product fittings was to be completed in 48 hours

PROJECT SOLUTION

Special care was given to understand the functioning of the various products in sections to design displays that were functional as well as allowing room for ease of movement. A long continuous tables, with self contained lighting was designed for the floor area. Special care was taken to mount products as per their application, ceiling products on ceiling, wall products on the wall. On a design perspective with a predominantly white colour as the base, full wall graphic branding and large glow logos were used to promote the brand. Seating and a bar table was confined to the upper level. The entire structure was prefabricated and installed, including the fitting of products in a total of 36 hours.

PROJECT RESULTS

Elta Fans managed to successfully display their full range of products in various sections without overcrowding. The various sections were clearly labelled and demarcated, with the subtle use of film, technology and live demos to bring out the best features of the product.
