    PROJECT BRIEF

    SWD’s challenge was to design an open and inviting booth that accommodated 8 large conference rooms apart from a large service bar area, and private lounges while ensuring the booth looked spacious and modern. The production team responsibility was to efficiently manage, coordinate and deliver design, fabrication and service up to international standards and a day in advance.

    PROJECT SOLUTION

    Great care was taken in planning the layout of the booth to be as spacious and accommodating as possible, with demarcated section for the lounge and bar which were still easily accessible for prompt service. Colours schemes, graphics and textures were used to five a warm and lively feel to the booth. The Wine and whiskey service was paired with specially selected canapes, and finger food served on stone platters. The service was scheduled and planned well in advance so the event came off as effortless, and our client was free to entertain their customers.
